Eleanor Escalera

Mrs. Escalera was born and raised in Southern California, where she received a Catholic education from first through twelfth grade—an experience that deeply shaped her love for faith-based learning and community. In 2017, she and her husband relocated to North Carolina with their two children, Sophia (Class of 2023) and Steven Jr. (Class of 2027), and quickly found a home within the SRCS family.

She began her journey at Saint Raphael in 2019 as a substitute teacher, followed by three wonderful years as a Kindergarten teacher assistant. These early years allowed her to witness firsthand the heart and mission of SRCS in action.

Now in her third year as Marketing and Communications Director, Mrs. Escalera feels truly blessed to share the spirit of SRCS with current and prospective families. She is passionate about the storytelling of SRCS, community connection, and showcasing the incredible work of our Guardians, faculty, and staff. Whether capturing joyful moments in the classroom or promoting key initiatives, she strives to communicate the vibrant life of SRCS and its commitment to forming students in faith, knowledge, and service.

With a camera in one hand and a deep love for the Guardian community in her heart, Mrs. Escalera is honored to continue telling the story of SRCS—one post, one picture, and one prayer at a time.
